• i) $4,674,000 relating to the acquisition, construction, improvement, repair and rehabilitation of the City's Sewer System (NDEE Project No. C318047) (30 years at 0% interest)  and
• ii) $5,700.000 relating to the acquisition, construction, improvement, repair and rehabilitation of the City's Water System (NDEE Project No. D311671 (30 years at 0% interest with up to 35% loan forgiveness). 

2. Ordinance No. 2444 to create Street Improvement District No. 2023-01 for the construction of improvements for North Highlands - Phase II Subdivision
