Dr. Schnoes shared information on the following topics: negotiation info from across the state, AESA conference update, Senator Sanders' visit to ESU #3, ESU #3 directors' schedule of presentations, and upcoming conferences.

9.1. Review ESU #3 Administrative Evaluation & Contract
Discussion:
The evaluation for Dr. Schnoes was completed on December 12, 2023, with Board President, Ron Pearson. Evaluation scores for the seven performance areas averaged 4.0 on a 4.0 point scale. All comments were positive. The next steps for contract extension were discussed.
