City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that the City would like three weeks to advertise before bids. The date is set for Thursday, November 6th, 2025 at 10:00 am.

City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how this is a $288,000 grant program. The City was awarded the grant and has a grant agreement. This is for the planning of the pedestrian access to the north side of town.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how this does not meet City standards, but it does meet NDOT standards. When the sidewalk was made and replaced, it was done at NDOT spec, and this is the continuation of the NDOT spec.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that this would be in the residential area. Building Inspector, Trent Griffin, discussed more on the sidewalk and mentioned how this would allow them to get a parking lot in and access to the sidewalk. Trent also mentioned that the sidewalk would have to connect to the existing sidewalk.
