Director of Technology Report
Discussion:
Director of Technology-Chris Hilliard
Updates regarding the revamp of the entire network in efforts to "clean up" and sync our systems and maintain data. This included an overview of changes, layers of security and any past or current issues. Discussion and questions were had around vendors, contracts, and the use of Chromebooks. Solutions, suggestions, and future plans were also shared. |

Jr/Sr High Principal-Rob Geise
Veterans Day and event highlights were shared, to include recognition of our amazing students and staff. Narrowing down skills to focus on regarding the soft skills program. College/Career day is scheduled for 2/26/25. Assistant Jr/Sr High Principal/Athletic Director-Molly Stieren Absent, report submitted. Elementary Principal-Eric Dennis The PTO is hosting the Book Fair, Grandparent breakfast, and Craft night this month. Sixpence holds Family Engagement nights and the next activity will be pictures and pie on 11/20/24. Author visit by Allison Pierce-Stevens on 11/25/24. Winter Concerts on 12/3/24 at 2 and 7 p.m. Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment-Lisa Bergmeyer Reminder of the Americanism team meeting, review of American History and renewal of Science resources. Late November is the anticipated public release date for AQuESTT and our spring 2024 data. Assessment schedules for winter testing are being finalized for December and January. Mr. Krause-Director of Student Services Intervention fidelity checks are almost complete. October was busy with state reports, action plans, submitting data, and putting supports in place for social, emotional, and academic learning. Looking at trends and planning for alternate assessments, as the verification process is changing. Next meeting with the state department is on December 12th. |

Superintendent Report

Mr. Apple-Superintendent
Shared plans for the replacement of our Skylight. The sprinkler system installation keeps moving along, and we will continue meetings with DLR about our office layout. The gym floor and track projects are complete. Congratulations to our board members on their reelection, and thanks for your service to our school and community. |
