3. PUBLIC HEARINGS

3.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering approval of the Special Use Permit Application of Todd VanLaningham, for the construction of an 1,800 square foot detached accessory building, and to temporarily exceed the maximum square footage allowed by a Special Use Permit, with the understanding that the property will be brought into compliance at a date agreed upon by Todd VanLaningham and the City, all on Parcel ID #012209000, commonly known as 621 Garden Street.
