2.e. Approval of Treasurer's Report of Claims in the amount of $1,002,629.16.

2.f. Approval of BASWA Report of Claims in the amount of $114,395.74.

2.g. Approval of Change Order #2 increase in the amount of $16,903.38 to Schoen’s Roofing for the Beatrice Municipal Airport Roof Bids – 2023 project.

3. PUBLIC HEARINGS/BIDS

3.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the application of Beto’s Restaurant, LLC, 124 South 23rd Street, Beatrice, Nebraska, for a Class I liquor license.

3.b. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of Plan Modification “TT” to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area No. 8.  (Nixon Enterprise Redevelopment Project)

3.c. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering rezoning the property legally described as: the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 6 East of the 6th P.M., Gage County, Nebraska, Gage County Parcel ID # 004148000, from Agriculture (AG) to General Industrial (GI).

4. RESOLUTIONS

4.a. Resolution Number 7200 adopting Plan Modification “TT” to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area No. 8. (Nixon Enterprise Redevelopment Project)

4.b. Resolution Number 7201 executing an Agreement with Radiant Tech, LLC, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

4.c. Resolution Number 7202 executing the Grant Agreement with Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (NDEE), and any and all other documents necessary for the purpose of funding the City’s Tire Amnesty Program through NDEE’s Waste Reduction & Recycling Incentive Grant Program.

4.d. Resolution Number 7203 executing the Letter Agreement for Professional Services with Olsson, Inc., for services related to the City’s RAISE grant application.

4.e. Resolution Number 7204 executing the Administrative Assistance Contract with Southeast Nebraska Development District (SENDD) to retain SENDD to administrate the CDBG Downtown Revitalization Grant.

4.f. Resolution Number 7205 entering into a lease between the City and Mother-to-Mother Ministry of the Beatrice Area, Inc., for the purpose of using a portion of the City Auditorium for a youth center.

4.g. Resolution Number 7206 executing the Agreement for Professional Services retaining JEO Consulting Group, Inc., to conduct a stormwater drainage study of the Beatrice Belvedere Area Drainage Study.

4.h. Resolution Number 7207 executing the Agreement for Professional Services retaining JEO Consulting Group, Inc., to conduct a stormwater drainage study of the Beatrice Tributary 44 area.

4.i. Resolution Number 7208 declaring real property legally described as: the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 6 East of the 6th P.M., Gage County, Nebraska, Gage County Parcel ID #004148000 to be part of the Gage County Industrial Park.

5. ORDINANCES

5.a. Ordinance amending the Zoning Map for the City of Beatrice, Nebraska by changing the zoning of the property legally described as: the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 6 East of the 6th P.M., Gage County, Nebraska, Gage County Parcel ID #004148000 from “AG” Agriculture District to “GI” General Industrial District.

5.b. Ordinance amending Article XVII of the Beatrice City Code regarding abandoned and junked vehicles.
