3.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the Special Use Permit Application of Juan Cornejo, for the construction of a 1,200 sq. ft. detached accessory building, to temporarily exceed the maximum square footage allowed by a Special Use Permit, and to temporarily exceed the maximum amount of detached accessory structures allowed by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Beatrice, Ordinance Number 94-13 with the understanding that the property will be brought into compliance at a date agreed upon by Juan Cornejo and the City of Beatrice, Nebraska, all on property commonly known as 902-904 North 5th Street.
