3.k. Resolution Number 7325 entering into a Hangar Lease with JB Air Exec, LLC, for the purpose of leasing Hangar C-5 and Hangar L-11 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.l. Resolution Number 7326 entering into a Hangar Lease with JL3 Aviation, LLC, for the purpose of leasing Hangar C-6 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.m. Resolution Number 7327 entering into a Hangar Lease with Chad Lottman for the purpose of leasing Hangar D-8 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.n. Resolution Number 7328 entering into a Hangar Lease with Chad Lottman for the purpose of leasing Hangar E-2 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.o. Resolution Number 7329 entering into Quonset Lease with Scott Fitzwater for the purpose of leasing Quonset No. 3 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.p. Resolution Number 7330 entering into a Ground Lease with Evalyn Fitzwater for the purpose of leasing the ground under Quonset No. 6 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.q. Resolution Number 7331 adopting the Safe Haven Policy.

3.r. Resolution Number 7332 executing any and all documents to apply for financial assistance from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NDED) Rural Community Recovery Program (RCRP) for the purpose of purchasing and installing ADA-compliant playground equipment and other outdoor recreational equipment.

5. RESOLUTIONS

5.a. Resolution Number 7333 executing an Agreement for Professional Services with 1898 & Co., for consulting services to support the development of a new electric power generation facility, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

6.a. Ordinance Number 24-16, third and final reading, on the proposed annexation of property owned by the Beatrice Cemetery Association, Gage County Parcel No. 004240000, and Gage County Parcel No. 004241200 now platted as Lot Two (2) Haner Subdivision, Gage County, Nebraska. 

6.b. Ordinance Number 24-17, third and final reading, on the proposed annexation of Gage County Parcel No. 005039000, commonly known as 2876 West Belvedere Road, and that portion thereof now platted as Lot One (1), DeBoer’s Addition, Gage County, Nebraska.

6.c. Ordinance Number 24-18, third and final reading, on the proposed annexation of Gage County Parcel No. 005039000, commonly known as 2876 West Belvedere Road, less that portion thereof now platted as Lot One (1), DeBoer’s Addition, Gage County, Nebraska.
