Resolution Number 7374 granting Charlie and Kimberly Schilling, and their designees, permission to sell or offer for sale or peddle goods, wares, or merchandise upon the City Property located in the Tabernacle in Chautauqua Park on Saturday, September 28, 2024, as part of their Goldenride Bikefest event.

3.l. Resolution Number 7375 executing the Letter Agreement extending the Interlocal Cooperation Act Agreement between the City and the County of Gage, Nebraska, for the purpose of providing ambulance services in certain areas of Gage County, Nebraska through to June 30, 2025.

3.m. Resolution Number 7376 entering into a Hangar Lease with Nebraska Dirtworks, Inc., for the purpose of leasing Hangar A-2 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

4. PUBLIC HEARINGS/BIDS

4.a. Public Hearing concerning an application to the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for community/economic development activities for street improvements.

5. RESOLUTIONS

5.a. Resolution Number 7377 entering into an Interlocal Cooperation Act Agreement, between the City and the County of Gage, Nebraska, for the purpose of the administration and enforcement of the regulations of the wellhead protection district.

6.a. Ordinance Number 24-24 conveying real estate owned by the City to MEIHomes, LLC.

7.a. Resolution Number 7353 executing a Contract for Sale of Real Estate and all necessary documents with MEIHomes, LLC.
