July 10, 2024 at 5:30 PM - Meeting with the Brady Village

Discussion:  President Stearns called the meeting to order at 5:35PM. 

Discussion:  The Board and the Village discussed the Donor Board for the Learning Center.  They are leaning towards using ceramic tiles with the middle tile (4 12x12) saying "The Brady Learning Center In Memory of The Delores Gengenbach Family". The tiles range from 3x4 to 12x12 based on size of donation. Below is how they discussed putting the donations into categories. 
- Tier 1: Donor Plaque (100 - 249)
- Tier 2: Estimated size 3x6 tiles $250 - $499
- Tier 3: Estimated size 4x8 tiles $500 - $999
- Tier 4: Estimated size (unknown) $1,000
- Tier 5: Estimated size (unknown) $5,000
- Tier 6: Estimated size (unknown) $10,000 
Special Recognition for donations over $10,000  

The board and the village also discussed the layout of Learning Center.  The school will have a silent auction of surplus items at Brady Day's. The money will help fund the school's portion of The Learning Center. For Brady Days, Ryan will make a 3D view or have the layout on a board to show as a visual of the Learning Center, Jill will do the donation forms, Mrs. Foster will set up a table and a box for donations, along with typing up the tiers.  Hoping to start the Learning Center in May 2025.
