2.d. Approval of minutes of regular BPW Board meeting on November 15, 2023, as on file in the City Clerk's Office.

2.e. Recommend approval of Street Department Report of Claims in the amount of $336,775.67, to the Mayor and City Council.

2.f. Approval of Electric Department, Water Department, and WPC Department Report of Claims in the amount of $814,755.64.

2.g. Recommend approval of Pay Request #15 in the amount of $53,442.45 (Street), to 3FI, Inc., for the June 2022 hailstorm, to the Mayor and City Council.

2.h. Recommend approval of Change Order #1 decrease in the amount of $10,512.92 and Final Pay Request #1 in the amount of $242,697.37 to DAX Construction, Inc., for the Curb & Sidewalk Improvements, Court Street, from 10th to 13th Street – 2023 project, to the Mayor and City Council.

2.i. Recommend award of bid for the Armor Coating Various Locations – 2024 project to Topkote, Inc., in the amount of $52,673.79, to the Mayor and City Council.

2.j. Recommend award of bid for the Asphalt Sealing Various Locations – 2024 project to Hall Brothers, LLC, in the amount of $95,443.47, to the Mayor and City Council.

4. RESOLUTIONS

4.a. Recommend a resolution executing Amendment #1 to the Agreement dated August 7, 2023, between the City and Olsson, Inc., to retain Olsson for additional services related to the repair and rehabilitation of Lift Station #6, to the Mayor and City Council.

4.b. Recommend a resolution executing the Agreement Renewal to Maintenance Agreement No. 4 with the Nebraska Department of Transportation for the period of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 20246, to the Mayor and City Council.
