2.g. Approval of Pay Request #15 in the amount of $53,442.45 (Street), to 3FI, Inc., for the June 2022 hailstorm, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

2.h. Approval of Pay Request #16 – 3FI, Inc., in the amount of $225,704.34 (Public Properties) for the June 2022 hailstorm.

2.i. Approval of Change Order #1 decrease in the amount of $10,512.92 and Final Pay Request #1 in the amount of $242,697.37 to DAX Construction, Inc., for the Curb & Sidewalk Improvements, Court Street, from 10th to 13th Street – 2023 project, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

2.j. Award of bid for the Armor Coating Various Locations – 2024 project to Topkote, Inc., in the amount of $52,673.79, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

2.k. Award of bid for the Asphalt Sealing Various Locations – 2024 project to Hall Brothers, LLC, in the amount of $95,443.47, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

2.l. Resolution Number 7183 executing Amendment #1 to the Agreement dated August 7, 2023, between the City and Olsson, Inc., to retain Olsson for additional services related to the repair and rehabilitation of Lift Station #6, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

2.m. Resolution Number 7184 executing the Agreement Renewal to Maintenance Agreement No. 4 with the Nebraska Department of Transportation for the period of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

2.n. Resolution Number 7185 executing the Year-End Certification of City Street Superintendent form.           

2.o. Resolution Number 7186 appointing Jason Moore as the City’s Certified City Street Superintendent.

4. RESOLUTIONS

4.a. Resolution Number 7187 adopting a Code of Conduct applicable to all City Council, Board, Commission, and Committee Members of the City of Beatrice establishing standards of conduct for such members in the application and administration of their duties and powers.

4.b. Resolution Number 7188 executing the Sponsorship Agreement with Bomgaars Family Foundation for Hannibal Park.

4.c. Resolution Number 7189 enter into an Agreement between the City and Main Street Beatrice, Inc., to provide funding to Main Street Beatrice, Inc.

5.a. Ordinance amending Section 2-267 of the Beatrice City Code regarding the powers and duties of the Chief of Police.
