3.j. Resolution Number 7246 granting Joseph Billesbach, and his designees, permission to serve alcoholic beverages upon the City Property located at the West Scott Street Ballfields on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., as part of the Solstice Gravel Grinder.

3.k. Resolution Number 7247 granting KWBE, and its designees, permission to serve alcoholic beverages and to sell or offer for sale or peddle goods, wares, or merchandise upon the City Property located in Charles Park and the Carnegie Building on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., as part of their 75th Anniversary event.

3.l. Resolution Number 7248 re-appointing Robert Moran to the Beatrice Board of Public Works.

3.m. Resolution Number 7249 entering into a Hangar Lease with Bradley Keller for the purpose of leasing Hangar C-7 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.n. Resolution Number 7250 entering into a Hangar Lease with Joe Ed Robinson for the purpose of leasing Hangar B-1 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.
|
3.o. Resolution Number 7251 entering into a Hangar Lease with CB Flying, LLC, for the purpose of leasing Hangar B-4 located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.p. Resolution Number 7252 entering into a Hangar Lease with Farabee Mechanical, Inc., for the purpose of leasing Hangar D-6 and Hangar D-7, located at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

3.q. Resolution Number 7253 revising the Tobacco Use Policy for the City of Beatrice employees and buildings and vehicles owned by the City.

3.r. Resolution Number 7254 entering into the Statement of Work Agreement between the City and CivicPlus, LLC, for continued codification and supplementation of City ordinances.

4. PUBLIC HEARINGS/BIDS

4.a. Public Hearing for the purpose to consider amending Section 305(P) of the Zoning Ordinance, Number 94-13, as such ordinance relates to hospital facilities.

5. RESOLUTIONS
|
5.a. Resolution Number 7255 executing Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement dated October 13, 2021, between the City and Alfred Benesch & Company, to supplement and update the original stamped/Issued-For-Bid documents issued by Bensch on January 25, 2023 and to reduce the geotechnical investigation services for the Beatrice Municipal Airport Reconstruct Taxiway ‘C’ and Apron Project.

5.b. Resolution Number 7256 to de-designate a portion of Redevelopment Areas No. 4 and 5 as “blighted” and “substandard”.
|
5.c. Resolution Number 7257 executing the Agreement for Professional Services retaining JEO to develop a master plan for the development of land that Paddock Lane Elementary and Lincoln Elementary are currently located upon.

5.d. Resolution Number 7258 executing any and all necessary documents to release and discharge Midwest Housing Initiatives, Inc., regarding the forgiven amount of their LB840 Economic Development Loan.

5.e. Resolution Number 7259 executing any and all documents necessary to effectuate the extension of term of Grant Agreement No. 21-DTR-004 to May 25, 2024.

6.a. Ordinance Number 24-9, second reading, on the proposed annexation of property owned by the City, commonly referred to as the Schwartzkopf property located adjacent to the Gage County Industrial Park, Gage County Parcel ID#: 004148000.
