3. PUBLIC HEARINGS

3.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering adding the Stoddard Elementary School Site (Stoddard) to Redevelopment Area #2 and declaring Stoddard to be substandard and blighted and to consider the adoption of the amended Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area #2.

3.b. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering declaring the Lincoln Elementary School Site and the Paddock Lane Elementary School Site to Redevelopment Area #11 (Lincoln) and #12 (Paddock) to be substandard and blighted and to consider the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area #11 and #12.

4. RESOLUTIONS

4.a. Resolution Number 24-6 recommending to the City Council to add the Stoddard Elementary School Site (Stoddard) to Redevelopment Area #2 and declare Stoddard to be substandard and blighted and to consider the adoption of the amended Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area #2.

4.b. Resolution Number 24-7 recommending to the City Council to declare the Lincoln Elementary School Site and the Paddock Lane Elementary School Site to Redevelopment Area #11 (Lincoln) and #12 (Paddock) to be substandard and blighted and to consider the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area #11 and #12.

4.c. Resolution Number 24-8 recommending approval of the Final Plat Application request by Jay A. DeBoer, Trustee of the Doris F. DeBoer Trust, Under Agreement dated August 20, 1998, as Amended and Restated on April 22, 2020, to replat a portion of their property as DeBoer’s Addition, to the Mayor and City Council.
