Consider resolution to approve one or more lease-purchase agreements with a bank or banks related to new baseball and tennis facilities to be located on land currently owned by the District, and authorizing the District to enter into binding commitments for payments under such lease-purchase agreements over a period of not more than seven years, after which the District will own the facilities.
