4.b. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the rezoning of Parcel No. 003928200, commonly known as 25623 South 36th Road, from “AG” Agricultural District to “RR” Rural Residential District.

5. RESOLUTIONS

5.a. Resolution Number 24-13 recommending to the Community Redevelopment Authority and City Council the proposed Plan Modification “UU” to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area No. 9.  (RWR, LLC Redevelopment Project)

5.b. Resolution Number 24-14 recommending to the City Council to approve the Rezoning Application of Sylvia Sanders Trust to rezone Parcel No. 003928200, commonly known as 25623 South 36th Road, from “AG” Agricultural District to “RR” Rural Residential District.

5.c. Resolution Number 24-15 recommending approval of the Final Plat Application request by Sylvia Sanders, Trustee of the Sylvia J. Sanders Trust Under Agreement dated July 21, 2016, to replat their property as Lot One (1), Bednar’s Subdivision, to the Mayor and City Council.
