9.a) Consideration of payment to Lancaster County per an Interlocal Agreement with Lancaster County and Lower Platte South Natural Resources District for engineering services to be provided by Intuition & Logic Engineering for a channel stabilization project along a portion of Ash Hollow Creek in an amount not to exceed $48,927.33.

9.b) Consideration of authorizing City Administrator, Staff and Lamp Rynearson to carry out a Value Engineering process with Carrother's Construction to create efficiencies so as to minimize the construction cost of the project to the City while maintaining the design intent for the Waverly Aquatic Center.

9.c) Consideration of the interlocal agreement with Lincoln Fire and Rescue for emergency medical services from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 in the amount of $41,286.50 and authorizing the Mayor to sign the agreement.

9.d) Consideration of Change Order proposal from Huffman Engineering, Inc for additional equipment for the SCADA replacement project in an amount not to exceed $4,981.76.
