Discussion:  June items to update everyone. Two positions that will be staffing last two within the next couple of weeks. Mr. Brazell in business and personnel are working on the financial system and will be implementing this software and training as well as the sub subsystem Dr. Lopez - Electronic Bulletin and go out out to partons thanks to Doris Jami and him working on a school partnership with businesses. Working on a preschool grant. June 25 Admin Retreat Friday Foundation Golf Fundraiser at Beatrice County Club at 1:00 PM

Discussion:  Met on May 24th. Updated everyone about the National Convention and what they did and learned, Also updated about Summer Schooll 69 Elementary 1-4grades - reading & math Breakfast and lunch avial and transprtation MS 33 5-7 using oddesyware math, lA tenchnolgy and study skills HS 28 credit recovery in LA and Math. Construction update. - HS roof well, ehphis punch list compliked. Athlec complex updated and server things done. Ronda spoke in pub lic forum

Discussion:  Monte Lofing - Talk two items that were brought to items. Mr. Dunker the Boston story covering it so well as to what we spent. Different numbers confusesed. Dollar amout about $22,500. Doesn't understand.; Monte signed up Boston - was a late registration. He did not understand that this was Boston but thought that it was state. He then found out 7 were going. Several board member traveled from Kansas City. Not a vacation for him but other I'm glad they enjoyed it. Wished he had stayed home. Sorry this cost the district so much

Discussion:  Dr. Thompson - Outlines the rules and responsibiites. Two portions revivsed due to state sttuses drop out at 16 with parent signatrue now must hold and exit interview. Student and parent must have written evidence of need for financial hardship reasons or illness. These are only reason prior to age 18. Deals with excessive absencess. Made several changes last year. Mandatory if miss 20 day to county attorney. Do not have to report 20 days if it is documented as all days are illness. Truancy is still a concern. This tighter policy there is still a problem at all levels. We have more intervention meeting now.
