Revenu after 8 months just under 63% of our projected revenue. Budget divided in 14 areas of responsibility almost all below the 66%. Transportation is a little above due payment only over 10 months. Staff Changes 10 9.7 FTE leaving replacing with 8 reduction in 1.7. Jack back at Curriculum and Bob at HS Princial Revenue outlook state aid down 110,000 due to loss of students Property value 4.3% increase might be a little higher. Confident a balanced budget. Working on land budget will be out of building fund. Lunch budget negative and is recovering slower this is due to large expenditures for equipmemet a year ago. We will look at 10cent increase for lunches do cost of food increases Qucpuff fund we have expended by Decemer 13. 7. Superintendent Report
Speaker(s):  Mr. Nauroth
Discussion:  A year ago this week we moved into the house. Have enjoyed our time it has been a great year. Summer School - June 2 - June 26 runs Mon - Thur for 3 hours per day. Elementary program at Stoddard if not free it costs $100.00. We offer breakfast Ms $125.00 grades 5-7 use Odyssey Ware HS $150 Credit recovery and credit accrual usually working in the community Good program. Do we want to do more in enrichment classes, project base learning. What do we want to do for our kids, might be a conversation for the Board. Textbook for Social Studies, US History Sociology, and AP Psychology and also World Language $76,000.00 Number of Summer School Enrollment Board would like that information. Pat will do it. Summer school help with summer learning loss. Four week program. Is state aid reimbursement. How many teacher are involved- Pat will get it. Sometime we struggle to get staff to teach. Interns from colleges to help possible. If a student is struggling if on free reduce should their be a cost. Maybe not at MS or elementary, but at HS it has to be a price. Another discussion for the Board. Andy - Textbooks - Are they electronic books? Hard copies and all come with electronic. Right now we have both. Always have a classroom set. Are we moving to them download on our 1 to 1 computers. Lisa - Summer Science Camp is limited to a certain # of kids. Mad rush - could we expand it if their is the demand. Yes this would be one example. Partnerships with community like Homestead. What opportunities do we want to provide? We have a grant writer hired now that maybe we can look at those things. Board and Community will have to look at various things.
