1. Public Comments on Agenda Items - This is the proper time for public questions and comments on agenda items only. Please make sure a request form is given to the Board Vice-President before the meeting begins.

Discussion:  Scott Knisple May 25 insurance agent for the school. Loss for prevenstion and school dedutiable by 5 time higher than the specs. Chris increased by 5,000 to 25,000. Here to clear his name. He has services our account well. Felt it was personal. Asked if it had issues with wife. This is two separate issues. He did his job asked John B. and he said yes and he has talked with Steve as an insurance agent. Why would you stay with same company and just request a new agent if the insurance is not correct? 2. Construction Update

Discussion:  John Brazell Paddock Lane will be done on schedule rock about 95% done. Painters on Monday. Good progress. Portable - Will arrive on Tuesday. Middle School Roof going according to plan will be rocking the south and start on north side. EFIS - Have taken 4 foot of solider course out found some water. Some concern about this. Investigate building and found we have no weep holes to let mositure out or it is below ground. Colande - EFIS is not hook to anything but drywall studs rusting. More issues behind the EFIS that we expected. The cost will be more than expected. Recovering of the EFIS is started on Friday. They too the cap off today. This should not take long as it will be sprayed. Outdoor Multipurpose Facility - Nearly finished with negotiations. Should have a contract for approval soon in fact on July 11 board meeting. Homeside seating capacity is being discussed and proposing taking old seating from park there are 9 sections we could use that are in good shape and will move them over to the new facility. The visitor side would be the reused seats. This would then give us 2000 on home side new seating 700 on visitor. The home side with block terraces like old market. Lighting - cell phone company may want a tower on one of the lights for a tower and then would cover the cost of the lights. The shovel in ground by July 15th.
3. Site Base Planning

Discussion:  Wanted to share the next steps in the process. Our District Plan done last September. In fall will begin the action plans. The next step is site base planning. Last week began the process with the principals using John Brazell and an outside trainer. Now the building will put in place plans for their builing to make sure they are supporting the total district plan. 1. Principal/Admin full day of training on how to develop 2. By September they must develope a building data book. Share what this book entail a snapshot about their school. The have a basic templete. 3. Two elmentary Ms/hs will develop a plan for this year. Create 2 commitees - site base planning team - much like the district -admin, parents,students and teachers, community members develops the mission, objective and stragegies. Make recommendations for the building plan. School Improvement team - Implement the plan over 4 years. Ongoing once per quater. Develop action step and monitor them. Has parents, teachers, admin community member and students. Report to the site base planning team. Training Done Teams - communication to develop Jul, Aug, Sep Baseline data book by September - Planning All Day Meeing October and November the facilitator will not be the principal of the building but for some other building. Building Level Action Teams will work Nov - Feb Report to School Board the Plans Building implement the plans in the fall of 2012.
4. Back to School New Teacher Staff Development
