Rationale:  Five external candidates and three internal candidates were interviewed for the position of Human Resources Director the first week in February.  The field of candidates was then narrowed to three and they completed a second interview with the Superintendent.  We will ask the Board of Education to approve the employment of Mr. Bob Hastings as the Human Resources Director for the Kearney Public Schools, effective July 1, 2020, and in accordance with the Administrator Supervision and Evaluation Model.
