Recommended Motion(s):  Move to approve the agenda for the meeting, as presented.
5. Regular Agenda -

5.A. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to ranking of finalist candidates and selection of first-ranked candidate for the position of Superintendent of Schools, and negotiation of a contract of employment with the first-ranked finalist candidate.
Recommended Motion(s):  To be determined at that time.
5.B. Closed Session
Rationale:  Multiple closed sessions possible regarding individual candidates for the purpose of preventing needless injury to the reputation of an individual, and in the public interest, and for a possible strategy session with respect to negotiation of the contract of employment with the first-ranked finalist candidate.
Recommended Motion(s):  Move to closed session for the purpose of preventing needless injury to the reputation of an individual, and in the public interest, and for a possible strategy session with respect to negotiation of the contract of employment with the first-ranked finalist candidate.
5.C. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to contract of employment for superintendent services to be rendered to the Kearney Public School District by the selected new Superintendent of Schools
