The Special Board meeting was called to order by Board President Scott Reisig at 4:00 pm.

Discussion:
This meeting was held in accordance to the Open Meetings Act. Notice of this meeting was published in the Star-Herald and on the Scottsbluff Public Schools website. A copy of the Open Meetings Act was posted in the room, Classroom 122.

4. QCPUF Qualifying Projects and Splash Arena Discussion
Discussion:
The Board of Education heard a presentation from district leadership regarding potential Qualified Capital Purpose Undertaking Fund projects and the current state of the Splash Arean facility as well as potential recommendations for renovation and usage. The Board of Education toured the Splash Arena facility from 4:15 PM to 4:38 PM.
