Discussion:  Mrs. Paisley called the meeting to order at 10:03am.

Discussion:  The minutes from the October 18, 2013 meeting were approved as presented.

Discussion:  Soccer goals on the playground will be addressed. Pot holes in the parking lot remain an item of note.

Discussion:  Mr. Sorensen mentioned locker room cleaning. Coaches have been asked to remind students to keep their stuff picked up as well as student body need to be reminded to pick up after themselves.

Discussion:  Mrs. Stewart dispensed an updated bomb threat protocal for member review. Brief discussion was held with a few suggestions noted. A proposed drill in the Spring has been preliminarily planned and coordinated between administration and local law enforcement. An update of "Safety & Security Plan" before next school year was recommended. Stewart also addressed a concern of unattended preschool & elementary students in the commens area when activities are going on.

Discussion:  Mrs. Brunkhorst mentioned that students are wanting to use the locked East doors when returning from lunch. In addition, Mrs. Brunkhorst wanted to ensure kitchen doors remain locked when kitchen is unattended.

Discussion:  Mr. Huicochea noted emergency lights have all been addressed. No further items were noted.

Discussion:  Mr. Hauxwell was not present and Mrs. Paisley was told he had no items of note.

Discussion:  Briefly reinterated stop signs will be installed in spring on Longhorn street.No further items of note.

Discussion:  Corey Krutsinger and Ally Vrbus were in attendence. Krutsinger reinterated complaints regarding potholes in the parking lot. There request is for even a short term solution pending a decision for a more long term solution. Krutsinger also expressed concern regarding HS lunch scheduling. Staggering lunch line was proposed and Mr. Sorensen noted that alternative has been tried. The issue is the variable and Mrs. Brunkhorst noted they have been serving more kids this year. Mr. Sorensen noted he is aware of the issue however it is mitigated by the fact that it doesn't occur regularly.

Discussion:  Sept 11 Intruder drill assessment was reviewed. Overall the consensus was that the drill was successful. Mrs. Paisley noted a kitchen staff member who had to have stitches due to a minor incident. She further noted a student on bus & playground with a minor injury. Lastly, she mentioned no influenza cases.
